Flower Detail

Tanacetum vulgare

I believe this is now on the Colorado noxious weed list. I first saw it in the Alamosa City garden near the Rio Grande River bridge in the east part of town. It does reseed profusely. I will look into it further. I liked it since it is fairly xeric and has tall, green folliage most of the summer. Once again, many things that actually grow here take over elsewhere.
