Gypsophila paniculata
The perennial Baby's Breath that does well in my garden has white or pink colored flowers. It reseeds farily infrequently and grows well with Shirley Poppies. It needs low to moderate water. It doesn't last too well in dried arrangements as the blooms are too small when dried.
