Artemisia stellerana
Silver Brocade artemisia has dense, silver-grey, large leaves. It has a very wide growing habit. It is xeric once established. It produces 10 inch high stalks of yellowish flowers in July and August. I prefer the foliage so tend to chop off the flower stalks. This is a type of dusty miller that withstands our hard winters.
